Every country has a fashion guru, and Denmark has Pernille Teisbaek: a street style goddess and an Instagram star thanks to her low-key style, natural beauty and playful twists on trends. Who said that pregnancy needs to bring along maternity jeans, loose, shapeless skirts or oversized tees? The Danish blogger proves it is quite the opposite. You can just as well sport Hawaiianas and Balenciaga, or oversized masculine blazers just as well as stretch Mango dresses that hug your bump.
And dressing the bump should not be such a big challenge. An adorable bump (which is, after those first months when you can’t quite tell whether it’s due to an extra pizza or if you’re actually carrying a baby) can actually make for a great outfit – which you can pull together with your boyfriend’s shirts and jackets (even blazers!) and a pair of denim jeans.
Heels can stay and the good thing about this season is that short heels are so in, so there you go – you don’t even need to give them up at all!
