And according to her Facebook posts, she is ‘normal’ too, you know.
There may be Royal families and moms out there, but besides our dear Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, we cannot help but adore Princess Madeleine of Sweden – and she might just be one of the most relatable Royals we know.
Over the weekend, the princess, who is the younger sister of both Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Carl Philip, posted an image of her younger son, Prince Nicolas, (and) Duke of Angermanland, enjoying an ice-cream cone on her Facebook page. She captioned this uber-cute photo “Happy Saturday from Nicolas”, showing he was having a hell of a good day. Why we love her? Because this was no rarity for Princess Madeleine – she has used us with sharing adorable – and highly relatable- images of her children on social media.
Like the snapshots of her daughter, Princess Leonore, Duchess of Gotland, celebrating her third birthday back in February. Leonore is seen wearing a powder-pink dress accessorised with large pink bow in her hair and holding a gigantic bouquet of balloons (also in shades of pink) in her arms. In one word – delicious.
Earlier this year, in January, Madeleine shared pictures of both of her children playing in the snow, having a very good time while welcoming the new year. But these candids are far from the only such pics Madeleine has shared. Incidentally, the princess, who is the daughter of the current King and Queen of Sweden, has made children and their well-being her signature issue.
We’ll be on the lookout for plenty more Royal family-geared moments over time.
